CASA Campaign
The inconsistency and unpredictability of the foster care system is a massive issue that is damaging already vulnerable children, but The National CASA Association for Children is committed to changing that. CASA, which stands for Court Appointed Special Advocates, is an organization that trains adult volunteers to advocate for the best interest of children in the foster care system. Each CASA volunteer is matched with a child in the system and advocates for that child until they are in a safe and permanent home.
The idea of becoming a CASA can be overwhelming, so the mission of this campaign was to highlight the simple ways each of us can Change A Child’s Story. We can all lend our voices, give our time, build a new bond, or make a new friend, which means we all have the ability to change the life of a child.
